    Day one

    Your first 24 hours

    1. Open the members area

Use the button above or the link in your confirmation email. Bookmark the page so you can get back in one click.

    2. Start with the Start Here module

Then go to Module 1 and watch "Why Your Pull-Up Is a Ratio, Not a Weight Problem." It explains why strength for your size is the number you're raising.

    3. Fill in your starting scoreboard

Do "Record Your Starting Numbers in One Sitting": assistance level, clean reps, hang time, waist and a photo. Our planning estimate for the whole first session is about 75 minutes, but that figure is untested. Take the time you need.

    What's waiting inside

Everything below is already in your account. You don't need all of it on day one. Start at the top and work down.

The course: 3 modules, 9 lessons

Work through it in order. Module 1 sets your baseline, Module 2 builds your pulling base and teaches you when to lower assistance, and Module 3 covers one optional nutrition choice and your first test rep.

Fill in the scoreboard once, then add a row to the log after every session. This is how you track strength for your size instead of the scale.

Workout cards and the double-progression rule card

Print Session A and Session B and keep the rule card next to your log. It tells you when to make the pull-up harder.

      Checklists and the substitution guide

Use the valid-rep checklist on test days and the substitution guide if your equipment differs from the cards. The nutrition checklist is optional. Read the safety stop-list before your first test day.

    • The portable AI skill file

Load it into the AI assistant you already use so it works from the method's rules when you ask about your sessions and your log. It runs in your own AI, not inside the members area.

    A note from me

    I'm glad you're here.

I hope that in a few weeks you can look at your log and see, in your own numbers, that you're getting stronger for your size, whatever the scale says.

NEEDS PROOF: the creator's short story, who they are, why they built this method, and any real credentials or results

My one piece of advice for week one: don't test a pull-up yet. Fill in your scoreboard, do your first practice set and log it. Everything after that builds on those first numbers.

If you have an injury, a health condition or a history of disordered eating, check with a qualified professional before you start, and stop any exercise that feels wrong.
